Hi I’m Talya Wollner, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who is dedicated to creating genuine, lasting change for my clients. My work is informed by Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), a powerful, attachment-based approach for individuals dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, and recurring relationship issues. We uncover your core emotional patterns together.
On a more personal note, I’m an active Vancouverite who enjoys hitting the trails, and I know firsthand the disorientation that comes when your identity changes (just ask me about leaving a life in athletics).
